Earlier this year I posted a short entry on my obsession with little glass vases. Last weekend, while celebrating Mother’s Day with my mom, I realized that I come by it honestly. She loves little glass vases, too!
My mom had a cute little vase with yellow flowers sitting out. Isn’t it adorable? I love it!
Of course, little glass vases have little to do with producing or directing an indie film. I post seemingly unrelated things every now and then. I feel like you have to stop, admire something beautiful, and appreciate life because it’ll pass by you pretty quickly.
It was delightful to recognize that my mom loves little glass vases as much as I do — and is most likely the reason I adore them in the first place, you know? She’s an incredible woman. Very artistic, fearless, and strong. I love her so much.
