TEDTalks are wonderful. They’re informative, inspiring, and challenging. They usually leave me with the energy to dare something big.

They have also created playlists, or “curated collections of TEDTalks.” I thought you might like to know about their playlist The power of film, which features 12 talks. I’ve been watching them lately, and they’re wonderful.

Enjoy!

  1. Andrew Stanton: The clues to a great story
  2. Rob Legato: The art of creating awe
  3. JJ Abrams: The mystery box
  4. Adam Sadowsky engineers a viral music video
  5. Beeban Kidron: The shared wonder of film
  6. James Cameron: Before Avatar … a curious boy
  7. Shekhar Kapur: We are the stories we tell ourselves
  8. Ed Ulbrich: How Benjamin Button got his face
  9. Adam Savage: My obsession with objects and the stories they tell
  10. Deborah Scranton on her “War Tapes”
  11. David Hoffman on losing everything
  12. Franco Sacchi tours Nigeria’s booming Nollywood
