Recently I mentioned the upcoming Meredith College film festival happening on Sunday, January 26, 2014. I’m really excited about it, since we’ve been meeting/talking for months. You should come!
The following films will be shown:
- Granny’s Got Game (74 minutes)
- February One: The Story of the Greensboro Four (61 minutes)
- A series of short documentaries: Wire (1:30 minutes), Durham Noir (5:06 minutes), Lena (4:00 minutes), First (5:00 minutes), Rainy Season (2:54 minutes), Birth of a Harpsichord (8:12 minutes)
- The Loving Story (77 minutes)
Meredith College recently posted more information online here. You can get a full list of the films, times, and locations for the day. Check it out and invite a friend!
Camden,
Who in the Meredith English Department is the organizer with you for the Jan. 26 film festival? I want to contact them (and you) about potentially airing some of those films on the CRC public access education channel 18.
Thanks,
